How to find your spirit guide/guides

Spirit guides can come into your life at any time.I personally have four guides that help me and lately there's a fifth that likes to make an appearance here and there. I call my guides the "Fabulous Four" because they are awesome and always manage to give me the information that I need. As I wrote in my book,"Their Whispers Tell A Story," my guides seem to come in at different times and for different purposes.My main guide "Marisa" is my mother and she is with me at all times.

My guides just came to me at various times. My mother at her wake,Angel (my child guide) from a haunting,Matthew(nature guide) during a spiritual retreat and Naraju (ancient) during a meditative ritual.This last guide who comes in and out Vinny is his name wouldn't leave me alone when my husband was in the hospital. Anyway it seems they all found me.

If you keep an open mind and trust your gut I think your guide/guides will step into your life when the time is right. If not there is a way to make the connection, That way is through meditation.Get yourself into a quiet space for at least 10 minutes. Make sure you tell anyone around you that you cannot be disturbed. Grab some soothing music(youtube or even some stations on cable/verizon) get yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth 2 or 3 times(cleansing breaths) and actually ask out loud for your guide to connect with you. Continue to clear your mind and let your body relax. When you get a random name into your head and an image trust that it's your guide making themself known. It can be someone you know or someone you've never seen before. Nothing is too "out there" so trust that this is what you are meant to know.

Once you've met you can call on your guide when you need information or even help with something for yourself. Consider them your very own guardian angels who onl
